1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

HOOKUPFORADULTS maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any content, behavior, or activity involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, sharing, or solicitation of any images, videos, or text depicting the sexual exploitation of minors.

• Grooming: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit a minor for sexual purposes.

• Illegal Solicitation: Any activity that promotes or facilitates the commercial sexual exploitation of a minor.

2. Mandatory Age Restrictions

HOOKUPFORADULTS is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. To enforce this:

• Age Gating: We use the Play Age Signals API to verify user age and block access to anyone under 18.

• Account Termination: Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently banned.

3. Monitoring and Reporting

• Automated Filtering: We employ AI-driven content moderation tools to proactively detect and remove CSAM.

• In-App Reporting: Users must use the "Report" button on any profile or message to flag potential child safety concerns. These reports are reviewed with high priority.

• Legal Compliance: Confirmed instances of CSAE/CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
